We are pleased to offer Complimentary Global Shipping on all orders over $79 USD (or local currency equivalent).

For orders under $79, a flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Please note: We do not currently offer overnight or expedited courier services (such as DHL Express) to ensure consistent handling and customs clearance processes.

Unlike traditional retailers who ship directly from factory floors, DUNIII conducts a rigorous Quality Assurance (QC) process for every item.

  • Order Verification & QC: Please allow 1-3 business days for our team to verify, inspect, and package your order with care.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT) may begin processing the following business day.
  • During high-volume periods (such as new collection drops or holidays), processing may take up to 4 business days.

Once your order has passed our quality check and left our facility, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.

  • How to Track: You can track your package via the link in your email or by visiting our Track Order page.
  • Tracking Updates: Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive your notification. It is normal for the tracking to show "Label Created" or "In Transit to Regional Hub" for a few days as the package moves between our logistics partners.

We ship to most countries on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis where possible, meaning relevant taxes and duties are included in the final price or covered by us. However, for certain regions, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes upon delivery. DUNIII has no control over these charges.

We understand that carrier delays can be frustrating.

  • Marked as Delivered but Missing: Occasionally, carriers may scan a package as "Delivered" before it physically arrives. Please allow an additional 3 business days for the package to show up. Check with neighbors or your building manager.
  • No Movement: If your tracking link has not shown any activity or movement for more than 10 business days, please contact our Customer Experience team immediately.

DUNIII is not liable for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim.

Because we strive to dispatch orders quickly for QC processing, we can only accept address changes within 1 hour of order placement.

  • Please email support@duniii.com immediately with the subject line "URGENT: Address Change".
  • Once an order is in transit, we are unable to reroute it. We recommend contacting the local carrier directly once the package arrives in your country to request a hold or redirection.

P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO: We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes via our Standard Shipping method, though transit times may be slightly longer.

Multiple Items: If you ordered multiple items, they will typically ship together in one package to minimize waste, unless lead times vary significantly.

If "DDP" (Delivered Duty Paid) is selected, you pre-pay these fees to guarantee no surprises at delivery. If "DDU" (Delivered Duty Unpaid) is selected, you may be responsible for paying local customs fees upon arrival.

We want you to love your DUNIII pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.

ORDERS & TRACKING

Track your package, manage your order details, and understand our shipping process. All orders are subject to a strict quality verification before leaving our Global Distribution Center.

ORDER STATUS

Once an order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for it to be processed. During this time, your items are moved to our Global Distribution Center for final Quality Control (QC) inspection and hand-packing. Once your order passes inspection and ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

This is normal. After leaving our distribution hub, packages often travel to a regional sorting facility (e.g., flying to your destination country). Tracking updates may be paused during this transit period and will resume once the package clears customs and is handed to your local carrier (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail).

We ship from our centralized fulfillment hubs. By centralizing our inventory, we are able to inspect every single garment for quality assurance before it is sent to you, ensuring you receive your DUNIII pieces in pristine condition.

MANAGING ORDERS

Because our QC and packing process begins immediately to minimize delays, we can only accept address changes within 1 hour of order placement. Please email support@duniii.com immediately with the subject line "URGENT: Address Change". Once an order is in transit, we cannot reroute it

Similar to address changes, cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour of purchase. Once the order has entered the packing phase, it cannot be canceled.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Here is how we handle returns.

RETURN PROCESS

Please visit our Return a Order to register your return. You will need your Order Number and Email address. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to generate your shipping label.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get your desired size or color is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order immediately.

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse (typically 5-7 business days after you mail it), we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for your bank to reflect the credit.

We strictly recommend using our Size Guides which provides detailed measurements in both inches and centimeters. Do not guess your size based on other brands, as our shapewear is designed with specific compression technology.

For Shapewear: If you prefer a comfortable, everyday fit, size up. If you want maximum sculpting and compression, size down. For Bras and Loungewear, we generally recommend sticking to your true size.

PRODUCT CARE

To maintain the elasticity and fabric integrity:

  • Hand wash in cold water is ideal.
  • If machine washing, use a mesh lingerie bag on a delicate cycle.
  • Always lay flat to dry. Never use a tumble dryer, as heat breaks down the elastic fibers over time.
