Questions we hear often
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. We want to give you plenty of time to decide — there is never a rush.
Not at all. Any box or bag will do — just make sure the item is protected during transit. We appreciate you being mindful of the planet, so feel free to reuse packaging you already have at home.
Absolutely. Select the items you'd like to exchange during the return process and let us know the size or colour you'd prefer. If the replacement is in stock, we'll ship it as soon as we receive yours — at no extra cost.
We're so sorry if that happened. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund right away — no return shipping needed on your end.
Within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. You'll get a confirmation email once the refund is processed. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 1-3 days to appear on your statement.
