RETURN POLICY DETAILS
- New, unworn, and unwashed merchandise may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery, with proof of purchase.
- Items must be in original condition, with all tags and hygienic liners still attached.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.
- Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Combined returns (multiple orders in one box) are generally prohibited unless authorized.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions via email:
1. Return Methods:
- Pre-paid Express Label: A shipping label will be emailed to you. Simply drop off your package at the designated carrier point within 14 days. (Note: A pre-paid return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund).
- Self-Postage: You may choose your own carrier. We recommend using a trackable service and insuring your package.
2. Processing Time:
- Once received, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing.
- After the refund is issued, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.
- All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at DUNIII’s discretion.
- We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- Excessive or unreasonable return history may result in restrictions on future transactions.
- If a refund is granted beyond the 30-day window (at our discretion), it may be issued as a Store Credit/Gift Card.
