Policies
The fine print, made simple
Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days ship the same day. Weekend orders ship the following Monday. During peak periods (launches, holidays), please allow an extra 1–2 business days for processing. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are not included in our shipping fees. We declare the full value of all shipments.
Every order includes real-time tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch. Track via the link in your email, or log in to your account for live updates.
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and either reship your order or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
We ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) via USPS. Please note that express shipping is not available for these addresses, and delivery may take slightly longer than standard estimates.
